A rural well-preserved one-storey house located in the very center in the village of Staro Selo, only 20km away from the city of Sliven.

The accommodation is solid brick built building very well maintained located at the very center of the village next to it is passing an asphalt road which makes it easy accessible. It comprises 80 sq. m. of living area forming three spacious rooms, an entrance hall, a kitchen and large basement. The toilet is located outside the house and there is no bathroom, but our teams of qualified builders can easily refurbishing in the house. Next to the house there is an additional building used as living room with a kitchen and a storeroom. Running water, electricity and a septic tank are available in the mansion. The yard is attractive with its measurements 2000sq.m. is well cultivated with a large variety of plants, bushes and various fruit trees. There are additional outbuildings, which are being used for the farm implements and for keeping the animals. The village of Staro Selo is well developed there is a medical and a mobile service, a post office, a regular transport, shops and cafes. This area offers fishing and hunting as a leisure activity or you can just hike in the picturesque countryside.
