WELL-MAINTAINED HOUSING WITH ABSOLUTELY GORGEIOUS GARDEN!

This is a well built and maintained house that although only five mins from the town centre is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, well away from the fast life of the town itself. The house sits in 800sqm of fertile land. There is a well in the garden. Mains water is connected outside but this is simple to connect internally. The electric is connected. The house is built in traditional Bulgarian style with stone for the foundations and brick above. The property is completly plastered on the outside, as well as the inside.

The house has a lovely dry basement that is approx 20sqm in size with concrete steps leading to it. The ceiling of the basement is all wood, the floors are concrete. Concrete steps take you to the first floor, on entering the house one finds a very big hallway, some 7m x 2.5 m in size. The hallway leads to three rooms. On the left is a 5m x 5m room. It is very light with two large windows that are in very good condition. On the right, the far room is some 5m x 5m in size, and this is the one the owners use to relax in the summer as it is very cool in the summer heat. The room is again 5m x 5m in size, this is also a bright and airy two due to its two large windows. The hallway itself has one large window.

The house does need some very minor repairs to the ceiling in one room, when we say minor we do mean minor – very basic DIY knowledge would be enough to solve this small problem. The windows & doors are in very good condition, and all the floors are real wooden floor boarding throughout. The roof has been repaired to a good standard recently so the building is 100% watertight. We looked at the property after a very heavy thunderstorm and no water had entered.

In the garden are two buildings, the first is 50sqm in reasonable condition; the second is smaller at about 15sqm, again in fair condition. The neighbour is a lovely lady who works in the local shop and is such a nice person. We know her very well indeed and she has helped me to learn Bulgarian. Finally, this property is only about 200 mtres from our own house so any buyer can rest assured their new home in Bulgaria will be well looked after in their absence.
