This amazing family hotel comfortably situated close to a river in the heart of the Balkan, encompassed by a lot of greenery. The fresh air and the tranquility merge with the murmur of the river nearby. The house is disposed in the outskirts of a calm and peaceful village in the mountains only 30 km. away from the former capital of Veliko Tarnovo. The hotel suggests accommodation on 300 sq. m. and comprises of an old part and a new part. The old part is built of stone on two storeys and comprises of:

First floor: a big verandah with a kitchenette, a kitchen, a tavern with a traditional Bulgarian fireplace adding to the cosy atmosphere of the property, a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms. The premises have white-washed walls and nice wooden ceilings and window frames. An external wooden staircase leads to the second floor which consists of four double rooms. All the rooms are made in traditional Bulgarian style with wooden floorings, ceilings, walls, window frames and doors.

The new part (120 sq. m.) is built of bricks on one storey and it is not finished yet. It includes a tavern, a toilet, four double room with bathroom/wc and an apartment with a corridor, a living room, two double rooms and a bathroom/wc. All the rooms have concrete floorings , plastered walls and wooden ceilings. Some window frames are wooden while others are PVC. The property is supplied with electricity, running water both outside and inside and telephone. A septic tank has to be built. The road to the property is part asphalt, part country one still it is accessible all the year round. Enough parking space for about seven cars is available in the huge garden. A magnificent view towards the majestic mountains and the garden reveals in front of your eyes. The garden is extremely large – 4000 sq. m. It is nicely decorated with flower beds, green shrubs and rye-grass. Moreover if you wish you can built a big swimming pool in it and a barbecue area in order to make it even more attractive. The hotel is presented in very good condition still it needs finishing the new part and furnishing before being ready to live in. The property benefits from its architecture – a good mixture between the old, the new part and the garden fitting into the pattern of Bulgarian style and traditions.
