Two new golf courses are to be built around Balchik. One of them sits right between the towns of Balchik and Kavarna, on a plateau overlooking the sea. The second one will be situated along the coastline, near the sea, below the villages of Bozhurets and Topola.

The golf course near Balchik will cover total area of 1 00 hectares. It will offer 18 holes and will correspond to the highest international golf standards. Golfers will enjoy the beautiful view towards the sea and Kaliakra Cape. The construction works are supposed to be completed in May 2007, when the official opening will take place.
