This house in Boquete Country Club boasts truly amazing views.

The house had nice finishes, but now there is also a significant remodel upgrade which is just being completed. There are new kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, repainting of the entire interior and exterior and other upgrades.

The house is one of four courtyard style residences in the development. This design has been particularly popular when available due to its unique layout. There is a large interior courtyard with ample cover over the walkways surrounding the courtyard that provide access to each room. Therefore the residence is ideal either for one who wishes to enjoy the year-round spring-like environment when you are at home. Or one could quite easily cover the courtyard and create a much larger interior space that could serve as a huge living room. This is what one of the four courtyard house owners chose to do.

It is on a canyon front lot with a huge terrace and sliding glass doors that would make the vistas a natural and integrated part of your every day life in Boquete.
