Newly restored house in the historic old town of Granadilla de Abona.
The house has two floors: On the ground floor is the lounge of 45 square meters, a small hall, a laundry, bathroom, kitchen room of about 35 square meters plus a terrace of about 5 square meters, and a courtyard which is accessed through the gardens and a garage for one vehicle.
