This neat looking house in very good condition is located 12 km from the lovely regional centre town of Vidin and is situated in a picturesque village. The town is situated on the bank of the river Danube and has excellent infrastructure and many places of historical and cultural interest. It appears as the Roman fortress of Bononia on the foundations of a Thracian settlement. During the First Bulgarian Kingdom it is known as Budin (Bdin). It is linked with Kalafat town (in Romania) by a ferry and there is a project the complex to be replaced by a bridge over the Danube. A major factor making the city a resort is the availability of fine mineral waters. The Danubian plateau is also famous for its fertile soil and well established traditions in the finest wine production. Moreover, the river provides good opportunities of fishing, swimming and water sports. There are fine restaurants, caffAs and clubs, as well as a lovely park along the river bank. Vidin is well known for its well preserved historical sites such as the Baba Vida fortress, built in the 9th-10th centuries on the ruins of a Roman fortress (rebuilt many times, its present appearance dating back to the 18th C.), the Turkish konak (the second half of the 18th century), the mosque and library of Osman Nuri Pasha, the cruciform barracks of 1798, old Renaissance buildings, a synagogue. The town is a starting point for many pleasant excursion routes along the Danube.

The house is new, it was built in 1997. The living area is distributed between three floors and is 150 m2. There is a heater in the basement and the cellar is pretty big spreading underneath the whole house. The first floor has a great living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom and all the flooring is marble and wood. There is a

great marble staircase leading to the second floor. There you can find three spacious bedrooms all with wooden flooring, and a bathroom. There is a wonderful garden of 1500 m2, nicely cultivated with flowers and greenery and it has a garage. There is also a working shed. The garden is filled with many fruit trees and there is possibility for building also a pool to enjoy your rest in perfect relaxation.
